NJSOM was formed in November 1996 to address the growing needs of Oncology/Hematology community practices.
NJSOM represents approximately 30 oncology practices throughout the state of New Jersey. Our members include administrators, managers, clinical personnel, and coding specialists along with various pharmaceutical companies and other oncology related businesses.
NJSOM offers volume drug purchasing through New Jersey Oncology Contracting (NJOC), our Group Drug Contracting Organization (GDCO).
NJSOM is governed by a Board of Directors.
NJSOM is committed to keeping our members informed through bi-annual educational conferences, networking, and continuous updates to our website. As part of our responsibility, we strive to create an environment of constant learning and improvement in the oncology/hematology arena. The NJSOM Board is committed to fostering a network of growth, support and collaboration among our members.
NJSOM is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. We strongly believe that we are responsible to our members, stakeholders, and to the community we serve. Through education and commitment, NJSOM can improve the practice of oncology in the State of New Jersey and subsequently improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.
